Opportunities for Preferred Travel Suppliers to sponsor a meeting
The members of the Consort Travel Group meet on the second Thursday of every month except in July and August usually at Belfast International Airport commencing at 10am and finishing at 12.30pm.
From 14 August 2008 the meetings will be held in Room 3 of the Medway Building at Belfast International Airport. Click for directions.
When the Airport meeting rooms are unavailable meetings will be held in the Park Plaza Hotel which is alongside the Airport or at another convenient Hotel.
This is ideal for anyone flying in from a GB airport as they can arrive in the morning and return after lunch. Sponsors usually have 30/45 minutes to talk to the members at an agreed time during the morning.
Each meeting is attended by the Managing Director or Manager or Senior Sales person of each member company and is an ideal opportunity for suppliers to make a presentation on their products. Data projection and Wireless Broadband facilities are usually available.
The cost of sponsoring a meeting is £250 plus VAT which is payable in advance by cheque or Credit Card. This charge includes room hire, tea/coffee on arrival as well as use of projector and broadband if required.
